On June 6, 2024, our company issued an OKTW350 three-wheel CNC spinning machine to Liaoning Meituo Technology Co., Ltd. It was officially installed in mid-May and put into trial operation for one week. Therefore, our company arranged for delivery on June 6, 2024.

This equipment belongs to a horizontal three-wheel numerical control powerful spinning machine, which is mainly used for variable wall thickness powerful spinning forming of cylindrical parts such as plain carbon steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and alloy steel, and is widely used in automobile, chemical industry, aerospace, military industry and other production fields. This equipment adopts three-wheel spinning forming with 120-degree distribution, with forward spinning, reverse spinning, staggered spinning, variable diameter spinning and step spinning. It is a comprehensive technical product integrating mechanical design, manufacturing, digital control, hydraulic transmission and embedded software development, and is completely controlled by Siemens 828D numerical control system.
